Twice Baked Potatoes
2 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1 tablespoon bacon bits
1 slice Sargento Reduced Sodium Colby Jack Cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350 degrees or you may prepare them in a microwave oven
Cool potatoes for 10 minutes. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk, butter, pepper, bacon bits, and cheese. Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the potato skins. Bake for 12 minutes or until hot. Top with green onions.
